I recently reviewed the site in my post on London’s Independent Media, and have since been working with Greg Fowler to take his site to the next level. Looks great! Can’t wait until it goes live. My only constructive criticism is that it seems a bit jumbled…will the page actually look like that, with the header in the middle of the page, or is this just a sampling of the content all smooshed together?
It’s a sampling. Here is a overall snapshot taken with my iPhone.
Well, I prefer the original one. I think the fonts and sizes are easier to read and the column size is thinner and that’s easier to read too. I find this one a bit confusing and crowded; the layout’s a bit cluttered.
Impressive and exciting, all at the same time. It’s nice to see - and be part of - such a vibrant local new media landscape.
Glad to see that it is coming alone and I am looking forward to having a chance to publish under the new design
